runaways and comics...

So i've been reading the marvel series Runaways and really like it, well liked, as i've finished it :) The last 6 issues were written by Joss wheadon and because everyones always going on about his writing and stuff i was thinking they were going to be quite good, but what a disapointment! the story wasn't gripping at all, and really for the final story arc of the series, it was a bit of a waste of time, there was no big ending or anything :( Brian K. Vaughan who co-created the series was a better writer.
But i am looking forward to the new Runaways series as it's being written by terry moore who wrote Strangers in Paradise, which was a fantastic series. I think that starts this month along with him writing Spiderman Loves Mary-Jane, which will be the first spiderman comic i've bought!!

and i'm also looking forward to the new NYX series even though it won't (i dont think) have any art by the wonderful joshua middleton!

now do i start reading 'The Watchman' before the film comes out? i couldn't get into it the last time i tried to read it, but then that was about 6 years ago!!
