so Demons on ITV ..... the first ep was kinda crap, mainly coz Mina Harker, played by Zoe Tapper, was hardly in it and because i read an interview with her saying that she got to kick mackenzie crook, who was the bad guy, so i was anticipating her being in a fight and there was squat. also philip glenister's american accent was/is kinda awful! The second episode wasn't so bad, more Mina!

Mina Harker is of course (!) from dracula and in this show she is 125 years old, blind and is a concert pianist, and she's the only reason i am watching it. She apparently uses a kind of dialysis to keep from being a full on vampire, but this process makes her blind (they haven't shown this yet)

I will keep watching coz i've just read another interview with Zoe Tapper and she says that she does beat up mackenzie crook (he's coming back at the end) and goes all vampire! so that'll be pretty cool, hopefully :)

- gotta say i do not think it is appropriate for women who are protesting against runway 3 at heathrow to dress up as suffragettes. those women put up with a whole lot of crap (yes that is an understatement) so that women now can vote and i don't think it does them justice to dress up for an airport!

- but i do agree that there shouldn't be another runway, but since this shitty government has today given it the go ahead, it doesn't seem to matter!

- well done to the pilot of that plane in New York! that must have been quite some flying to land in the hudson, in one piece and have everyone survive and rescued!

- being unemployed is really getting boring now, and what with coming from retail and the world and his wife (employment wise) making hundreds of people redundent every day, finding a job is getting extremely hard :(

- with so much time on my hands and the wonder of the internet (youtube) i have become quite caught up in the hollyoaks story involving sarah sleeping with zoe, her dads girlfriend!! it's quite good because the show hasn't just forgotten that it happened they have been showing all the aftermath, including mike (the dad and boyfriend) finding out!! and all this on a british soap!!! holy mackerel!! more please!

oh, i have eaten WAY too much chocolate in the last 3 days, way too much, wat too much tasty tasty chocolate! Cadbury's is a drug, it really is, i swear i could eat like 3 cream eggs at the same time!!! In fact i think i'm getting a chocolate related headache as i type!!!


- my hope for the beginning of the new season of terminator: the sarah connor chronicles is that cameron gets out of the blown up car and is all burnt up and she has just her skeletal leg and loads of her terminator insides are showing, if this doesn't happen i will be disapointed, well only a bit, i'm sure i will love it anyway! and of course she will go save the day some how. CAMERON RULES!!
- also i want cameron to go to the prom with morris, i mean come on, a terminator at a prom!! thats kinda cool and could be really funny!


-they killed Rousseau!! really?, the woman who had survived for 16 years on the island on her own! they killed her? hmmmmmm!! although there was more alex which i really don't mind!
-now are the flash-fowards' a possible future? they have to be right? otherwise we all now know that only 6 people survive until the end or that only 6 people make it off the island (does that oceanic 6 include Aaron? or ben for that matter?)



okay, a question: what does friendship mean to you? as in, what do you excpect a friend to do or be like? i'd appreciate a reply no matter who you are, i don't know if this post will come up on that explore lj thing or if anyone even reads this (i doubt it) but i think i must have the wrong idea about friends and what they do or what they're for or why they are your friends in the first place, i do seem to get used alot, and i'm just wodering if it's me or them, y'know!
