I haven't done a post in a while (except for my comic covers posts and womenverse stuff) i keep meaning to and then forget what i'm going to write!! but anyway!

I miss LJ too, even though I know I am part of the problem (but mostly when I don't post I'm not on Tumblr either, so there! I am just so much more busy these days). I miss discussion posts and reactions to shows like this!

I am watching Dracula and LOVE it!!! :D Lucy/Mina OTP. I actually enjoy it beyond Katie's face (which I do love seeing on my screen again), which is nice. I even enjoy JRM more now than on The Tudors.

But wait, they are airing another episode next week in the UK?!?! >:0 Not fair! It's bad enough they cut that Lucy/Mina scene, but this is even worse...great, notlw Tumblr won't be a safe place until January 3rd I guess! :( Is it just one episode, or are they airing the whole thing in one go? And here I thought there would be a little more time to enjoy in this fandom...this is the leaks in The Borgias all over again. *sigh*

Also not really enthused at Lucy/Jayne, since I am mad at Jayne for maliciously ruining things between Lucy and Mina...:( I want more cuddling and petting! (And In don't think L/J have as much chemistry).

The thing is its hard and maybe a little pointless posting when you don't get replies!! It's a vicious circle!! :( and I think people on here are more..... Tolerant! On tumblr everyone is just a crazy shipper who won't except anyone else's opinion!! :(

I wasn't expecting to like it beyond katie either but I'm actually looking forward to each episode! Of course having her in it is the icing on the cake! :) and very pink icing at that!! Lol!! The thing with JRM is that he reminds me of a friend of mine, I think they look very similar and have the same sort of intensity, i didn't watch the Tudors though so I've only just seen the resemblance!! (Which actually has nothing to do with anything!!! Haha)

Yup there is another episode this week on skyliving and possibly the week after that too!! They might take a break Christmas week, but not necessarily!! As its financed by both nbc and sky I suppose they can show it when they want!!
Do you mean the dancing scene? I don't know why they did that but it seems quite obvious that living and nbc have different opinions on the show, as living showed the mina/lucy kiss in the promo for last weeks ep and the showed the lucy/Jayne kiss in this weeks promo and nbc have done neither!!

Oh yeah Jayne is manipulative as hell but I can't help but want to know where that storyline is going!? Why has she interfered? what does she gain? I do think mina will come back to lucy though!! I think she'll think about the whole situation and they'll be friends again!! That is of course if Jayne doesn't turn her to the dark side!! Haha!

Maybe it's just that I follow a bunch of different comms and people,but I still get a decent amount of stuff on my F-list, so I still enjoy coming on LJ. I go on Tumblr a lot more than I used to, but LJ is always my main destination.

I saw the first episode of "Dracula" but I was really bored with it, and haven't continued with it yet. Same thing with SHIELD. I watched a few episodes of that, but the characters and story weren't grabbing me. I'll probably give both another try at some point.

It's weird when that happens, with the comments. I have that happen on AO3. The comments never come anywhere close to the number of views.

i think you're lucky!! i still follow near enough all of the same comms and people i have for years (except some glee comms!) and don't get much at all! I look on both LJ and Tumblr everyday!


I gotta say it isn't THE best show in the world, but i'd watch Katie McGrath read the phone book!! lol!!she's the only reason i started watching! Shield i watch because it's comics! and really i''m staying because of Fitzsimmons!


i think it's become a thing now that people just don't comment on things! maybe that's also why tumblr is so popular, you don't have to comment or interact much with anyone! just click a heart!!
